Arielle oversees Novae’s management team and assists the COO in managing the company’s valuable partnerships and the CMO in managing the company’s channel partnerships.

Arielle has a passion for all things involving life, art, and helping others. She is a native of Georgia, and has a creative mind and enjoys learning new things by asking questions. She has experience managing teams, systems, and several projects. In addition to being the Operations Manager at Novae, she enjoys practicing yoga and creating original art during her free time.

Jerry is from Jacksonville, NC, a military town where he learned the fruits of discipline and hard work. He graduated from the University of Wilmington in North Carolina, where he studied Business Finance and Computer Programming. Jerry is skilled in various areas of technology, such as web development and audio/visual production. He uses his talents to create attractive and engaging online experiences and in-person events. Jerry is also passionate about helping others, and he brings his expertise to help Novae stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology to better serve its customers and affiliates.

Kathy currently resides in Grand Rapids, Michigan and is affectionately known as Mr. Reco McCambry’s Michigan Mom. With a relationship that started when Mr. McCambry was in his 20s as a top Direct Sales affiliate for another company, Mrs. Kathy took good motherly care of him when he traveled to Michigan to build one of his largest sales organizations at that time. Today she is retired but lends time to Novae’s non profit, Novae Cares, connecting organizations and communities to help Novae give back to those that need it most. She has enthusiastically led campaigns for Mr. Reco McCambry Day at schools, senior centers, and Mr. McCambry’s D.A.W. Memorial Weekend, a back to school drive in honor of his late mother giving away clothes, shoes, school supplies, hair cuts/hair dos, and more, the weekend before school opening in McDonough, GA.

Jennifer manages Novae’s credit products and partnerships. In addition, she also oversees the call center for the Debt Help program and the service providers.

Jennifer is a hardworking loving mother who is also an Atlanta native. She started her career in processing for the county government in Atlanta, GA and served there for well over a decade. Her love for people and dedication to helping others led her to join the Novae Corporate Team.

Reco Jr started his career at Novae while in high school folding and mailing letters. Since graduation and spending time in college, he has transitioned to educating business owners about business credit and funding options to help the owners start, stabilize, or expand their business. In addition Reco Jr manages the partnerships that fund our consumer financing deals for merchants, as well as the consumer loans multichannel lending platform. Reco Jr is a sports fanatic and enjoys brokering high end sneakers in his free time.

Danyelle is an energetic outgoing south Georgia native from Thomasville. She loves baking and spending quality time with her family. She is a natural born leader, that has been leading small and large teams since she started her professional career.

Mayra has extension experience serving as a bilingual customer service agent. A native of El Salvador, Myra relocated to California as a child. She is most passionate about educating the hispanic community about financial literacy and entrepreneurship opportunities that will lead them to better lives. She enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs.

Allecia is from Coastal North Carolina. She pursued her dreams, earning a distinguished Culinary and Hospitality degree and has expertise in both front of the house and back of the house. She is a devoted wife and nurturing mother of 5, loves reading and traveling, and she loves serving others. Her inside knowledge of the hospitality industry helps make each event a memorable experience for the Novae staff and affiliates, nationwide.

Pam is a native of Madison, GA. She has worked for years in customer service and was co-owner of a company as well. She also likes to spend time with her grandchildren, watching movies, walking, reading, and traveling. She loves Novae because of the family atmosphere and the mission to teach financial literacy, something she wasn’t taught in school growing up.

Alee comes from a Mexican family from Michoacán, Mexico, and was born in California but raised in Georgia. She is deeply committed to serving and assisting her community in any way possible, which has led her to gain experience in Bilingual-Customer Service and Administrative Assistance. During her free time, Alee enjoys pursuing her passion for photography by freelancing alongside her cousin.

Shalonda is an Akron, OH native turned Georgia Peach. She is the proud mother of two sons, her superstar Tylan and her superhero Zaire. She calls Zaire her AUsome superhero due to him living with Autism. She is passionate about uplifting and empowering women all over the country. Her personal mission is: To restore confidence, excellence, and purpose to women in life and in business.

Monica is a devoted sister, wife, and mother. She was born and raised in Georgia, and she loves reading novels and writing. She is passionate about helping the Hispanic community and she believes that Novae offers a chance and greater opportunities for Hispanics.
