Born out of our founder’s vision to inspire people to get more out of life, educate them on ways to go about it and provide opportunities to make it happen, Mr. Reco McCambry, grew up in a single parent home, in a few housing projects, experiencing many of the financial and systemic hardships that still plague much of America today. His life transformed in 2001 when he entered the direct sales industry as a college student, becoming a multi-million-dollar producer in his 20s.

This experience exposed him to invaluable techniques and opportunities that paved the way for his success. In 2014, Reco founded Novae as a vehicle to share these same pathways to prosperity with others. The name Novae, meaning "new beginnings" in Latin, reflects this mission. Reinforced by the koru symbol in our original logo, representing a "fresh start”. Novae serves as a beacon of hope, offering our customers and affiliate partners the chance to create the future they envision.
