Program includes domain, hosting, SSL certificate, and 1 email address. Custom work requests are charged separately.

* Preferred payment gateway provider is Authorize.net. Responsibility for applying for and setting up merchant account and payment gateway is on Co-Brand website owner. Novae will provide integration between Co-Brand website and Authorize.net at no additional cost.

Novae's Review Process

Here at Novae, we take our reputation very seriously and believe in upholding all state and federal laws when dealing with consumers and small businesses. To ensure we are consistent with this objective, all CoBrand and White Label applicants will go through a Review Process before being approved for one of our programs. This process begins after the payment or deposit into the CoBrand or White Label Program. If your application is declined for any reason after the Review Process, your payment/deposit for the program will be refunded minus a $100 underwriting processing fee.

This Review Process includes but may not be limited to the below:

1. Personal Identity Verification
Name must match owner(s) of ID that was submitted to Novae. If not, the application may be declined.
2. Business Identity Verification
Business lookup to verify this is a real entity. Company should be registered and active if they wish to be paid as a company. If the company is not an actual business entity, Novae can pay the individual.
3. Company Reviews Check
Internet search on reviews. If they collectively score beneath a 2.5 average score, the application may be declined.
4. Personal Brand Review
If person's personal brand is something we would not like to be affiliated with, the application may be declined.
5. Personal Background Check
If applicant/owner(s) has financial crimes or felonies in the last 7 years, the application may be declined.

Reconsideration

If an applicant does not positively satisfy one or more of the above Review Processes, the applicant can submit a character statement explaining the situation and 3 references for reconsideration into our CoBrand or White Label Program.
