Give certificates as a referral gift, gift with purchase, gift for responding to a direct mail offer, among many other ways. The perceived value of the certificates influences an amazing response from recipients.
Example: "Spend $75 in our store and you'll receive a 3-day, 2-night Vacation Certificate."
Instead of having to purchase certificates individually as other companies require, with our company you only pay a small yearly licensing fee allowing you to print an unlimited number of certificates. Whether you need 100 or 1,000,000, you’ll quickly come to see that it's considerably less than paying for each one individually. All our certificates have high-perceived value. The certificate holder will pay a small processing and handling fee to redeem the certificate to receive what the certificate offers.
The yearly licensing fee allows you the rights to print, personalize, design and distribute an unlimited number of certificates.
Our vacation certificates are not valid if sold to the end user. They are only valid if given as a free incentive or gift.
Hotels, travel companies, restaurants, and other establishments contract with our travel partner in order to provide these incentives. They offer these incentives to get people to use their services and see what they have to offer. This builds brand loyalty.
For example, hotels rarely experience full occupancy except during conventions, major holidays and weekends, so they contract with certain travel promotion companies, like our partner, to give the rooms away free with the 3 day, 2 night vacation certificate to get people to come and see what they have to offer. When hotels have empty rooms, they do not make any money, and it's a waste of a good room. Although they have lost the price of the room regardless, they can still let you stay for free in the hopes that you'll stay longer, eat in their restaurants, spend money at their in-house shops and casinos, and take advantage of their amenities (spa, room service, etc.). And when you leave, after having had a great time, they hope that you'll come back to stay with them in the future and maybe even tell a few friends. This builds brand loyalty.
The 3 Day, 2 Night Vacation Certificates offer accommodations with quality hotels that range from 2-3 stars and are in the same class of hotels like Hyatt, Westin, Radisson, Holiday Inn, Best Western, Quality Inn, Marriott, Wyndham and Sheraton. The hotels are booked in and around the main tourist areas of the destination. The offer is based on availability, so the hotel the person receives depends upon which hotel is available for the travel dates chosen.
The 8 Day, 7 Night Resort Getaway Certificate offers accommodations at 3-4 star resorts. The offer is based on availability, so the resort the person receives depends upon which resort is available for the travel dates chosen.
The certificates will not have an expiration date on them unless you specify one. Having an expiration date gives the certificate holder some urgency to redeem it. You will have the option write in the expiration from the date they are printed. Please be advised that if you are selling the certificates, some states have regulations relating to the expiration of certificates, in that they do not allow them to expire if sold. If you are selling the certificates and wish to have an expiration date on them, we advise you to check with your state to see if they have regulations on certificates being sold with expiration dates on them.
Yes you can! When you receive your certificates via email, you will be able to enter/edit in what you would like the certificates to show in the Compliments of area of the certificates. You can change this information as many times as you want, so if you have more than one company, you can print separate certificates with each business name on them. You just don't want to edit your certificate ID number, that's what makes the certificate valid.
The licensing fee is a yearly fee that is required to be renewed each year for the continued usage of the certificate. The yearly fee is not renewed automatically. You will receive an email one-month before it expires to notify you of renewal. If the fee is not renewed, then your certificate ID number will become invalid and all future certificates you give out will not be valid.
NO, there is no additional fee. You only pay a small licensing fee allowing you to print an unlimited number of certificates at any time.
The certificate is in a PDF document. You can print the certificate to give to your customers, email the PDF certificate to your customers, or upload it to your website for your customers to download and print.
A timeshare presentation is not required with the vacation certificates. With some of the vacations it may be offered as an opportunity to upgrade the vacation.
When you purchase the certificate(s) with you own ID, you can sell the certificates to other businesses for whatever price you'd like, and that certificate can be given away to a consumer. You can put the name of the business that you sell the certificates to in the “Compliments of” area on the certificate. That way when the business that purchased the certificates from you gives the certificate to their customer, it will say Compliments of their business name.
Only the 3 day, 2 night certificate multi destinations (family) and the cruise certificate are not to be sold to a consumer/end user. This is because with those two certificates, the consumer books reservations directly with a travel agency, and travel agencies don’t want the consumer to have paid for receiving the reservation form used for booking the reservations since they will be paying other fees at time of booking.
If a consumer happens to purchase the certificate, they can still use it, but they are meant to be given away as gifts/incentives. The 8 day, 7 night resort getaway certificate can be sold to consumers because they are booking the resort reservations themselves directly through an online resort booking portal and not directly with a travel agency. The other certificates can also be sold to consumers.
Unfortunately, the certificates are not supported in Spanish at this time.
